Job Description We are seeking outstanding individuals to help with the development of software for knowledge management and social networking. Suitable candidates will be required to take a position of responsibility for working with international clients to:

• develop software specifications
• create work plans for software development
• redesign and reengineer legacy systems
• plan and execute custom software development according to coding standards, including (unit) testing, working with beta testers, and drafting of documentation.

Desired Profile

• Experience with development of complex software systems using PHP, and excellent PHP skills (OO approach, PHP frameworks knowledge, PEAR), and MySQL
• Linux Sys Admin experience desirable
• Demonstrated abilities in XSLT, SOAP, XHTML, CSS2, and Javascript an advantage
• Organized person, a systems thinker, and innovative, contributing to developing the company’s products and services. We are looking for someone with initiative - not someone who just waits for someone else to tell them what to do every step of the way!
• Able to work 'virtually' with international colleagues and clients through use of information and telecommunications systems.
• Good English verbal and written communication skills - enough to be able to communicate with other staff and clients quickly and accurately.
